The Internet Policy Agency was founded by Roland Perry, former Director of Public Policy at the London Internet Exchange, and one of the UK's most prolific contributors to Internet regulations.

"The internet has had a huge impact on our everyday life. The consequence of this is that almost all regulation now needs to have an Internet aspect to it. This is going to pose challenges not only for ISPs, but all businesses and public bodies.

It is also apparent that the Internet has matured to the point that there needs to be more of a central resource to help organisations manage the workload. Practitioners need to have access to experts, as well as reliable information. I decided to take the initiative by founding the Internet Policy Agency” explains Roland.
